Block Instagram on iPhone

Add Instagram the same way as any other app. Whyfor shields it with Apple's Screen Time.

The next time you open Instagram, Whyfor asks for a reason and a time before it opens. The reason stays in your private recap.

You can still open it when you mean to. The point is the pause, not a lock you cannot pass.
